Scent Work Course This fun dog sport course is designed to introduce you to the world of scent work and invite you into your dog’s world—letting them show you just how amazing they are. Over this 6-week course, you will learn how your dog detects and works with scent through enjoyable, confidence-building activities. This course is suitable for all dogs of all ages, with no prior experience required.

Cancellation Policy
TERMS & CONDITIONS – Hounds at Home Last Updated: February 2026 By booking dog training services via our website, you agree to the following Terms. 1. Services We provide group classes and 1-to-1 dog training sessions as described on our website. We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to trainers, venues or content where necessary. 2. Booking & Payment Bookings must be made online. Payment is required in full at the time of booking. A booking is confirmed once payment is received and confirmation is issued. Prices are in GBP (£). The Price includes a non refundable admin charge of £30 if you cancel the course within any period. 3. Consumer Cancellation Rights Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel within 14 days of booking. If you request training to begin within this period, you agree that: Your right to cancel ends once the service is fully delivered. A reasonable charge may apply for services already provided. Cancellation requests must be made in writing. 4. Customer Cancellations Group Classes: More than 7 days before start date: refund or transfer (subject to availability). Less than 7 days: no refund unless space is filled. 1-to-1 Sessions: 48+ hours’ notice: reschedule permitted. Less than 48 hours: fee may be forfeited. Missed sessions are non-refundable. 5. Cancellations by Us We may cancel or reschedule due to illness, severe weather, venue issues or safety concerns. You will be offered an alternative date or refund. 6. Dog Health & Behaviour You confirm your dog is healthy, vaccinated (or titre tested), and free from contagious illness. You must disclose any history of aggression, biting or medical conditions. We may refuse participation if safety is at risk. 7. Responsibility & Safety You remain responsible for your dog at all times. Dogs must remain on lead unless instructed otherwise. You agree to follow trainer guidance. You are liable for any injury or damage caused by your dog. 8. Liability We hold public liability insurance. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. We are not liable for pre-existing behavioural issues or indirect loss. 9. Training Results Results depend on owner consistency and dog temperament. No specific outcomes are guaranteed. 10. Data Protection We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for details. 11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
